Dr. Dolan presented the proposed By-Laws changes; they had been published and sent to the membership the required 30 days prior.   A motioned was made and seconded and they were passed .

Gayle Miranda presided.   Two major items were addressed.  First, the scheduling of the Annual Meeting on the first weekend after the Thanksgiving holiday was discussed.  This weekend is a very busy weekend in NYC and for all families.  It is the most expensive weekend of the year in NYC.  It competes every year with the Implant meeting in Chicago.  A motion was  made, seconded and passed that we would move the Annual Meeting to a weekend either earlier in November or in October.  We will  look into these dates.
